The best part of the hospital stay is getting at least decent rest before the baby is all yours. They grow so quickly! Rob and I met in Washington, DC during the summer of 2004. We went on a few great hikes together, and really enjoyed each other's company. But alot still had to happen before the time would be right for us to get together. In May of 2005, Rob organized a trip to Peru to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. I went along with the group, and romance blossomed in the high Andes atmosphere. We were married December 10, 2005. The years immediately following our marriage were spent in Washington, DC, where Rob was finishing up his residency in otolaryngology. We then moved to Little Rock, AR, for a fellowship in pediatrics, and in September of 2008, our first little boy was born. After 15(!!!!!) years of education, Rob was unable to find any other way to delay getting a job, and we moved to Oklahoma. In May of 2011 our second son was born to annoy and entertain his big brother. These are the days!
